ALEPEL not only supports the creative community through our locally-based artists, but also works to contribute to the artistic culture of Miami and South Florida through events and partnerships. ALEPEL is on the forefront of sharing its mission of creating intervention with creativity. Using events, and special promotions ALEPEL is bringing this mission to our immediate community and to the greater society as a whole. 

FAENA MURAL 

Bringing together luxury materials and imagination, the opportunity to re-imagine the ALEPEL vision on a wall of one of our partner retailers, The Faena Bazaar, was an inspiring and exhilarating experience. The mural represents the creative process that brings the designs of all ALEPEL shoes to life. From left to right the mural represents the genesis of inception, imagination forming into a conscious thought, illumination of ideas, vision coming to life, and finally to the finished product: your hand-painted ALEPEL footwear. The process of painting the mural incorporated the community that is the pillar of ALEPEL, our artists. Over the course of two weeks, the ALEPEL artists brought Adriana Epelboim-Levy’s vision for the mural to life at the Bazaar. Unveiling in December during Art Basel, ALEPEL is proud to be a partner with Faena for this artistic memento of this exquisite partnership.
