*HOLIDAY PURCHASES* For orders made in November and December of 2020, exchanges only will be allowed up until, and must be requested by, January 8th, 2021.
Returns and Exchanges must be requested and shipped back to our headquarters within 7 days of the item’s delivery date. Items must be returned as sent, in new and unworn condition, including the dust bag.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Feel free to re-use the packaging you have received the merchandise in, and make sure to remove all the barcodes from the postal box to avoid any confusion in delivery. Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. ALEPEL cannot process a return or exchange until the returned item is received back in our headquarters.
*NOTE: Monogrammed orders (including our Mom's Favorite Flowers, Bridal Collection, and Custom orders), and previously exchanged orders do not qualify for returns or further exchanges.
Free Domestic Returns are offered. You will be issued with a pre-paid returns label once you have contacted our support team at email@example.com.
International Orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: You are responsible for the products until they reach us again, so please make sure you pack them in with care and ship securely. ALEPEL is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please ship with caution and with a reputable shipper/carrier. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at customer's expense) and/or refused a refund.
