RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges must be received back to our headquarters within 15 days of the item’s ship date. Returned merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition. Once we have received and processed your return, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

 

Feel free to re-use the packaging you have received the merchandise in, and make sure to remove all the barcodes from the postal box to avoid any confusion in delivery. ALEPEL cannot process a return or exchange until the returned item is received back in our headquarters.

 

International Orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Special priced or discounted items qualify for store credit only or size exchange, after being submitted for consideration.

Please Note: You are responsible for the products until they reach us again, so please make sure you pack them in with care and ship securely. ALEPEL is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please ship with caution and with a reputable shipper/carrier. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at customer's expense) and/or refused a refund.
