Returns and Exchanges must be requested and shipped back to our headquarters within 7 days of the item’s delivery date. Items must be returned as sent, in new and unworn condition, including the dust bag. Please see below for non-eligible Final Sale items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request along with an image of your order. If approved, our team will issue you a return label (domestic orders only) for you to ship back your order to us. Feel free to re-use the packaging you have received the merchandise in, and make sure to remove all the barcodes from the postal box to avoid any confusion in delivery. Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used within 3-5 business days.
ALEPEL cannot process a return or exchange until the returned item is received back in our headquarters and passes our quality control. If item does not meet quality requirements (unworn and undamaged condition), a shipping fee will be required to ship back.
Expired Policy Return/Exchange Requests: If you are over the return/exchange policy timeline and would still like to request a return or exchange, a $50 restocking fee will be issued for approval.
Final Sale: All International or monogrammed orders, as well as products from our Bridal Bouquet Collection, Custom Design Collection, Sale/Last Chance Section, and previously exchanged orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please Note: You are responsible for the products until they reach us again, so please make sure you pack them in with care and ship securely. ALEPEL is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please ship with caution and with a reputable shipper/carrier. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at customer's expense) and/or refused a refund.
