SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped with as much haste as possible from the time of purchase, however, hand-painted orders will have a production time of up to 14 business days for painting. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of the ship date. ALEPEL is not responsible for parcels once they’ve been scanned and delivered.

 

U.S. SHIPPING

ALEPEL ships all orders within the US with UPS. Ground Shipping is free on orders over $100.

 

Note: We do not ship on the weekend, U.S. Holidays, and do not offer Saturday delivery. If you need expedited shipping or need an item in time for an event or holiday, please e-mail us at info@alepel.com and we would be happy to assess what we can do to expedite. Expedited production/shipping may incur additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is typically 3-5 business days once shipped, but can take longer if there are customs delays or unforeseen service interruptions.

$28 – Canada and Mexico

$48 – All other locations - worldwide shipping

Our parcels are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) to international destinations. In this case, the shipping company will bill the customer for any specific import duties, customs duties, and local taxes that are required by your country for delivery of your item.  If the customer refuses delivery due to any import duties, the parcel may be returned to sender and, in this case, a refund may be issued minus the shipping amount. It is the customer's responsibility for the parcel to arrive back to ALEPEL. The parcel must be received in ALEPEL headquarters for any possible refund to be issued. ALEPEL is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
